Instructions:

Bolognese sauce:
- Heat 3 tbl oil in a pan over medium heat. Add paprika and onion powder (if using) and fry for 30 seconds to bring out flavour and aroma.
- Add in beef mince, turn heat to high and fry till lightly browned.
- Add in canned tomatoes, reduce to medium heat and simmer for around 15 mins or until sauce is reduced and you start to see some oil separation.

Pasta:
- Whilst sauce is reducing, bring another pot of water to boil with enough sea (to taste like sea water).
- Boil pasta shells as per packet instructions.
- Drain then toss into finished sauce.

Plating:
- Spoon equal amounts of pasta across 4x plates.
- Squeeze on approx 1 tbl of Herby Aioli.
- Sprinkle over cheese, scallions and Herby Umami Crunch.
