Instructions:

Kebabs:
- Roll Adana mince into 16 equal sized balls. Skewer 4x balls onto each skewer.
- Heat pan over med-high heat. Add kebabs, fry for 3-4 mins till well browned. Flip and continue cooking till well done.
- Set aside.

Tortillas:
- Warm in microwave for 15-20 secs.

Plating:
- Place tortilla on plate, sprinkle cherry tomatoes, red onion and parsley evenly.
- Add kebab and drizzle with Chipotle Lime Aioli.
