Instructions:

Cook the Noodles:
- Cook as instructions on packet.
- Drain in colander, drizzle with oil and toss to coat noodles. Place aside for later.

Stir Fry:
- Place a pan over low-med heat for 3mins to bring to heat.
- Add a splash of oil and stir fry prawns till cooked.
- Add in scallions and toss through.
- Add in Lemongrass Kaffir Lime sauce and toss through. Keep on heat and stir for 2-3mins.

Plating:
- With tongs, distribute equal amounts of noodles and prawns across 4x plates.
- Sprinkle with Spicy Umami Crunch and garnish with lime.
