Italian Salad with Truffle Parmesan Aioli

Ingredients

  • Icebergl lettuce, roughly chopped
  • Cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • Salami slices, folded into quarters
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • Canned Chickpeas, drained
  • Mini mozzarella balls
  • Sproutje Truffle Aioli
  • Sproutje Original Umami Crunch
  • Extra virgin olive oil

 Instructions:

  1. Salad:

    • Place vegetables, salami and mozzarella balls into a large bowl and mix. 
  2. Plating:

    • Distribute salad across 4 plates.
    • Squeeze about 2 tbl of truffle aioli onto each plate.
    • Sprinkle with Original Umami Crunch and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
