Say hello to Super Bolognese! For our take on this classic sauce we delete the meat and amp up the flavour. First we take a traditional Italian sofrito and spike it with miso paste, coconut cream and harissa. Then we cook it low and slow to concentrate its rich umami goodness.

We’ve crafted the ultimate weekday curry by blending a Japanese curry roux with our secret spice blend then simmering for hours to develop next level flavour. Add in some apple, ketchup and maple syrup for a touch of sweetness and zest and you’ll be craving seconds.

First we roast fresh veggies to caramelised perfection and then add shitake mushrooms, fine herbs and juniper berries to create a rich 3D flavour that’ll transform any dish.

We create this epic stir-fry paste by blending lemongrass, roasted peanuts and mango then adding a shot of turmeric and fiery chili flakes.
